So just to summarise, for this assignment, you are measuring satisfaction with an airport of your choice, rather than of the experience of actually flying on an aircraft. I want to see that you can design a good quality questionnaire and explain how it could be used to measure something like differences in satisfaction between two airports, or differences in satisfaction before and after refurbishment, or, maybe, differences in satisfaction between male and female or young and old. You only have to ask your three participants about one airport, though.
