Letter of Recommendation as Faculty at University. Letter of Recommendation as Faculty at University. One of the letters will be for my performance as the Communications Officer of 1-214th Aviation Regiment which is the largest General Support Aviation Battalion in the Army. Please mention key things I accomplished at this job like maintaining over 500 User Accounts and Devices on the government network; establishing a military electronic flight bag program that allowed military aviators to use iPads as planning and navigation tools in the cockpit. This was a “first of it’s kind program” in the Army in Europe. I was also in charge of an IT team that worked and closed out over 5,000 trouble tickets in my time (2 years) in that BN.

The second one is for my time as a Battalion Communications Officer for 6-52 Air Defense Artillery. Mention my Key achievements of planning, executing, and sustaining the first Commercial Off the Shelf SNAP TROPO system in the Korean theater. (TROPO is basically just a big radio by the way.) My other accomplishment here is decreasing turnaround time on the average trouble to getting most (90 percent) resolved in 48 hours or less. My last accomplishment here will be leading, training, and maintaining a 13 person shop to execute Air Defense communications operations all over the Korean Peninsula. Make sure to mention the fact that Communications is the most important aspect of Air Defense.

The third letter will be detailing my time as a Company Executive Officer for United States Army Europe Headquarters and Headquarters Battalion (USAREUR HHBN)  basically oversaw maintenance and accounting for over a million dollars worth of equipment and 300 or so Officers and Soldiers administrative paperwork.
