I’m trying to study for my Business course and I need some help to understand this question.
After reading Case 9.2 on page 459 in the text, answer the following questions: How useful or informative do you think psychological or honesty tests are? Is their use a reasonable business policy? Assuming that tests like those described are valid and reliable, are they fair? Explain why or why not using either the utilitarian or Kantian moral principles.
