When to request a refund will refund your money if any of the following situations arises:

—If an order is canceled before a writer is assigned, we may issue a 100% refund if no inconvenience will have been caused to the company.

If a client does a double payment to our company, we will refund 100% of the excess payment. If such a situation arises, we request the client to contact us by forwarding the two receipts through the company’s email. Once we verify the authenticity of the transaction, we will refund your money immediately.

A customer may cancel an order and request a partial refund due to unsatisfactory work (Where the writer did not follow the instructions).  He or she should do so in writing by sending an email request to our customer support team. has the right to approve or disapprove your request on an individual case consideration based on this policy.
