Need help with my English question – I’m studying for my class.

Journal Entry 8.1: We will be moving into Unit 4 this week, which deals with gathering, evaluating and using information appropriately and effectively. As such, here is your first question for the week: How do you verify information that you use in your everyday life? What sorts of informational sources do you most trust, and why?

Journal Entry 8.2: Have you ever passed on something that turned out to not be true or was inaccurate? Describe the situation and what happened. How might you have avoided passing along bad information? What did you learn from the experience? How does this relate to good research practices?
