2)PEER REVIEW #1 (JODI)
My biggest professional accomplishment was actually walking away from a career that was not motivating me. I had no opportunity for growth, but felt I had already put in so much time. I worked there for twenty years and it served me well, but I didn’t have any job satisfaction. Since then, I graduated Valedictorian at my previous school, have one term left at Strayer to acheive my degree, and I am currently working exactly where I want to be!
3) PEER REVIEW #2 (CAROLYN)
Professionally I am most proud of my continuous desire to want to learn and excel. Looking for opportunities to develop new skills and learn new things. My parents showed me that desire, education and the courage to ‘go after’ successes in life can be rewarding.
The most important lesson I have learned in my professional career is patience. Having it when it comes to personal efforts as well as with others I work with. Over time, I have learned that everyone is not capable of doing things according to my expectation. We all learn, dissect and apply knowledge differently and I have learned to appreciate those differences.
